At AuroraLife, we aim to provide products that meet the quality and expectations presented on our store. By placing an order through AuroraLife, customers agree to the following return and refund conditions.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Customers may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn and in its original condition.
  • All original packaging, tags and accessories must be included.
  • The item must not show signs of wear, odour, stains, cosmetic damage or misuse.
  • Proof of purchase is required.

AuroraLife reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet these requirements.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Personalised or customised products
  • Products damaged through misuse, improper handling or external factors after delivery

3. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the wrong item was received.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

AuroraLife is not responsible for lost, delayed or damaged return parcels.

4. Refund Process

Once the returned item is received and inspected, customers will be notified regarding approval or rejection.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
  • Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
  • Shipping fees, duties and taxes are non-refundable.

AuroraLife reserves the right to issue partial refunds where applicable.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery if an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect.

Requests submitted outside this timeframe may be rejected.

Photo evidence may be required.

6. Chargebacks and Fraud Prevention

Fraudulent chargebacks, abusive refund requests or suspicious activity may result in:

  • Order cancellation
  • Permanent refusal of future service
  • Submission of evidence to payment providers
  • Legal action where applicable

7. Refused Deliveries

Orders refused by the customer after shipment may be subject to:

  • Return handling fees
  • Original shipping deductions
  • Restocking deductions
